In order to tell Chinese Stories to the world and create a strong atmosphere of concern, promotion, and support for the Asian Winter Games among overseas Chinese, from September 12th to 15th, the Australia-China Northeast General Chamber of Commerce actively responded to the initiative of the Harbin Overseas Chinese Federation, who organized a series of activities to promote the 9th Asian Winter Games in Harbin 2025, publicized Harbin's characteristic cultural tourism and ice and snow sports, showcased Harbin's unique exotic style and ice and snow charm, and jointly ignited the passion of "Dream of Winter, Gathering in AWG", taking the 2024 Australian Marathon held in Sydney, the charity donation ceremony of the Australia-China Northeast General Chamber of Commerce, and the "Enjoying Full Moon with Heart of Zen, Walking for Charity- Australia-China Mid Autumn Charity Gala" as opportunities.

On September 12th, the Australia-China Northeast General Chamber of Commerce announced the official establishment of the Australia-China Heilongjiang Chamber of Commerce at its 10th council meeting and charity donation ceremony. The chamber continues to promote Harbin and publicize the Asian Winter Games through various forms such as broadcasting the Harbin 2025 9th Asian Winter Games city promotional video, recording blessing short videos, organizing overseas Chinese and friends from all walks of life to help sign for the Asian Winter Games. Under the leadership of Jiang Jianxin, President of the Chamber, a sincere invitation has been issued with the theme of "Dream of Winter, Gathering in Erbin" to all sectors of Australia, fully demonstrating the patriotic and hometown feelings of overseas Chinese and their love for their homeland.

On September 15th, the "Enjoying Full Moon with Heart of Zen, Walking for Charity- Australia-China Mid Autumn Charity Gala" hosted by the Australia China Charity Foundation was grandly held at the Sydney City Hall in Australia, for the purpose of delivering love and promoting friendly exchanges between Chinese and Australian societies through the combination of culture and charity. Ma Jiaoyang, Vice President of the Australia-China Northeast General Chamber of Commerce, introduced to guests from all walks of life the upcoming 9th Asian Winter Games in 2025, which would be held in his hometown Harbin. He sincerely invited lots of guests and friends from Australian to visit Harbin, experience its exotic charm, and experience the unique charm of ice and snow sports.
